Packaging Engineer, Production Manager
PACKAGING SUPERVISOR – 2ND SHIFT (B.S. ENGINEERING PREFERRED)
Overview: The Packaging Supervisor will manage day-to-day packaging of fragrance products on the 2nd shift, coordinating machine setup, preventative maintenance, repairs, productivity, and projects. He/she will train and develop production personnel, improve efficiency, and work with ERP systems and GMP regulations. Experience with high‑speed packaging/filling systems including labeling, cellophane wrap, vial filling, and cartoning machines is required.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in the personal care/cosmetic or fragrance packaging industry overseeing production.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems for packaging equipment.
• Bilingual Spanish fluency is mandatory.
