** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Evaluate products using specified sensory methods and determine acceptability
* Manage, prepare, and administer structured customer-specific sensory programs
* Communicate results and collaborate with the Creative team
* Recommend process improvements and lead research efforts supporting Quality and Creative groups
* Maintain retain and Gold Standard libraries
* Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials and intermediate/finished flavors
* Perform analytical testing as needed
* Communicate with customers regarding shelf life and re-certifications
* Provide technical assistance internally and externally###
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
* 2–3 years of experience in the food industry
* Knowledge and experience in Sensory Science
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Basic math and science knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* 3–5 years of experience in the food industry
* 1–3 years in a sensory evaluation role
* Experience with SAP
* Strong sensory skills with prior experience evaluating raw materials and finished products
