White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant, is over 103 years old and looking for friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers!

Our Crew Managers enjoy a unique blend of leadership and hands‑on duties. Your day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle.

$19.50 - $24.90 per hour. Competitive weekly pay with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

• 1+ years of food service or management experience
• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift & lift 30‑50 lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
