Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams. The starting hourly rate is $17.75 USD, with a pay range of $17.75 - $26.65 USD per hour.

As a Guest Advocate, you will create a welcoming experience for guests, provide excellent service, and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities include scanning and bagging items efficiently, handling cash transactions, and promoting Target's products and services.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is open to working a flexible schedule. Required skills include effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office operations as needed
• Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to attempts at contact
