Balr is rapidly becoming a leader in private basketball training across the United States. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced private basketball coaches to conduct lessons for players of all ages. As part of our team, you will travel to local parks, basketball courts, or clients’ homes in your area.

Work within your community and neighboring cities. Balr provides the clients and you have the freedom to set your own schedule. You can choose your clients and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Balr is a national private basketball training company serving clients in major U.S. cities. Our personalized and innovative approach has attracted both aspiring and seasoned players. Coaches do more than teach—they inspire and design training plans tailored to each individual's style and goals.

• Conduct private (1‑on‑1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet their needs.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of students at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.

• Set your own work schedule.
• Travel to clients’ locations within your preferred area.
• Decide the travel radius for client locations.
• Receive prompt payment within 24 hours after lessons.
• Flexibility in choosing the number of clients you work with.
• Opportunity to receive multiple client offers regularly.
• Direct contact with clients and continuous support from the Balr team.
• Quick response from our hiring team, with potential to start within 24‑48 hours after interview.

Payments are issued via Pay Pal within 24 hours after each lesson. Full details will be provided during the application process.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children.
• Confident in working independently.
• Provision of your own basketball training equipment is necessary for the best training experience.
