The Warehouse Clerk/Forklift position is located in South Brunswick, NJ.

• Multitask and maintain detail in all written and verbal communications/documentation
• Execute standard operating procedures to process overages, shortages & damages (OS&D’s), perform load closures, data entry, and pull reports
• Cover load‑planning, receiving, and picking when necessary
• Assist with daily task reconciliation and research on invalid cases
• Prepare pick sheets for the team
• Take ownership of warehouse functions and ensure processes are completed correctly
• Communicate effectively via phone and email with internal and external personnel
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture to avoid unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience with RF scanners
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with Swing Reach, Reach Truck, & Order Picker
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• AS400 Warehouse Management system knowledge
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task
• Excellent attendance and willingness to perform necessary duties
• Availability for a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day
• Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35 ft
