What You Will Learn

Perform all functions related to receipt of goods, put-away into warehouse, replenishment of pick areas, manual order processing, order auditing, shipment preparation, pallet building, truck loading and cycle counting inventory. All functions may require use of powered industrial trucks, SAP or RF as needed.

Responsibilities,

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive product from domestic and overseas vendors, stock transfers from other L’Oréal facilities, customer returns, refused shipments, and non-inventory support products. Accurately audits and verifies all incoming quantities for entry into computerized inventory.
  • Obtain L’Oréal forklift certification (written permit test and hands-on assessment).
  • Perform on- and off-site warehousing duties: initial movement of materials to appropriate locations, space utilization, material retrieval and delivery using powered equipment as needed.
  • Perform order fulfillment: review and prioritize orders, determine stock requirements, maintain inventory levels, pick and pack orders, audit and verify picked orders, prepare completed orders for shipping, using SAP and RF as needed.
  • Perform shipping duties: locate pallets to the dock, dock audits, verify driver information, load shipments onto trucks, fill out and sign BOL, track shipments, using SAP and RF as needed.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently followed.
  • Understand basics of Info-Link software.
  • Contribute to the L’Oréal safety culture by submitting 2 SIOs monthly and participating in at least 1 Mesur every quarter.
  • Perform sortation duties: lifting cartons, palletizing, printing pallet tickets, moving freight to the dock, using SAP and RF as needed.
Qualifications

Required

What We Are Looking For :
– General computer knowledge (SAP experience a plus)
– Ability to work overtime, including weekends

Preferred
– Proficient in written English
– Forklift operation experience preferred
– 1-2 years Distribution/Warehouse experience

Physical Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs
  • Walking frequently, stand for prolonged periods, and bend occasionally
  • Must be flexible to train in multiple areas
