Administrative Assistant - Temporary to Permanent Hire

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in our South Burlington, Vermont office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily operations, coordinate events, and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position will begin as a temporary assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including answering the phone and greeting clients.
  • Assist with kitchen organization, including maintaining supplies and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate and order lunches and dinners for meetings and events.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including logistics and setup.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Manage schedules and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Experience with event coordination is a plus.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude.

Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
