What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service logs in the database
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments efficiently
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience as a receptionist or customer support representative, preferably in the home services industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various software applications

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a diverse population
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in customer service roles within the home services sector, such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Additional certifications related to customer service or office administration
