Timberlane Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is growing! With offices in Burlington, South Burlington, Essex Junction, and Shelburne, we provide expert orthodontic and pediatric dental care in a professional yet relaxed, family-friendly environment. • Have prior dental assisting experience (orthodontic experience preferred)
• Thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to patient comfort and care
• Be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Be eager to continue learning and advancing within the orthodontic field

• Preparing rooms and instruments for orthodontic procedures
• Taking and developing dental x-rays as needed
• Assisting the orthodontist during patient care and treatment procedures
• Taking impressions, pouring models, applying sealants/fluoride, and related clinical tasks
• Reviewing patient charts and documentation
• Ensuring an excellent patient experience through communication, comfort, and professionalism
• Following HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory guidelines
• Supporting the flow and efficiency of the orthodontic schedule

• Previous dental assisting experience required (orthodontic experience strongly preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must register with the Office of Professional Regulations within 30 days of hire
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment)
