Pratt & Whitney in Burlington, VT is looking for a L3 Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician with an A&P license to join our growing team.

This role is a U.S.
-based, onsite position. Candidates must be U.S. citizens as required by program and contract. The position is safety sensitive under FAA regulations; drug and alcohol testing will be required.
- Perform fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, and eddy current inspection methods on engine components to determine conformance to overhaul and repair manuals.
- Set up, operate, maintain, repair, and remove inspection equipment.
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to meet customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow all company safety rules and report unsafe acts or hazardous conditions.
- Perform additional related duties as required or assigned.
- Up to 25% travel.
- High school diploma and typically an associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years prior NDT and/or A&P experience.
- Current NDT Level 3 certification in one or more methods, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
- Active A&P license.
- Experience with training, personnel testing, and auditing NDT systems.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing operations.
- Effective communication with all levels of management and customers.
- Experience with root cause analysis and process control tools.
Salary range: $53,100 – $100,900 USD.
