Base Pay Range

$66,000.00/yr - $/yr

Job Overview

As a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will manage indemnity and lost‑time claims, analyze exposure, and resolve claims in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Apply claims management experience to execute decision‑making, analyze claims exposure, plan action, and appropriately resolve claims.
  • Interact extensively with claimants, workers, attorneys, medical providers, and insurers to ensure effective communication and resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of our clients, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process.
  • Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim file outcomes.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex indemnity/lost‑time claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
  • Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
  • Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants optimally.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
