Senior In-House Litigation Attorney
Based in our campus in Madison, WI, this position requires relocation. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to support our legal team as we grow and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare and other risk areas.
- Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including multi‑million dollar disputes.
- Assist in settlement negotiations, motion drafting, depositions, oral arguments, and trials.
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
- JD with experience in risk mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background; experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
- Strong background in litigation and ability to manage high‑stakes cases.
- COVID‑19 vaccination is required.
- Relocation to Madison, WI will be fully reimbursed.
