Senior In‑house Attorney – Epic
Epic is seeking a senior in‑house attorney to support our expanding global healthcare offerings from our Madison, WI campus.
Relocation to Madison, WI is required and will be fully reimbursed.
Responsibilities- Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with leading healthcare organizations worldwide.
- Lead projects to forge relationships with vendors, industry collaborators, and manage compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the United States and abroad.
- Manage litigation and support Epic’s global growth into new markets.
- Strong academic and professional background in corporate, intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
- Motivated to learn about a wide range of legal topics and business functions.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
