East Coast Builders is seeking a dedicated Millwork Foreman to lead field teams on high-profile commercial projects, ensuring on-time completion, safety, and craftsmanship. The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating with the Millwork Manager, and mentoring crew.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of millwork leadership, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus), and a track record on demanding installations. Compensation includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus, hourly pay $40–$45, stock, and profit-sharing benefits.
