Location: Columbia, SC
Schedule: Monday-Friday
• 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $37,000-$48,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with a strong background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to join a stable and growing organization in Columbia, SC. This is a fully onsite role ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on accounting work, accuracy, and being a key part of day‑to‑day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Invoice customers, post payments, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
- Assist with month‑end close activities and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment issues
- Support audits and general accounting functions as needed
- 2+ years of AP/AR experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional communication and problem‑solving skills
- Onsite availability required (no remote or hybrid)

- Consistent schedule with no nights or weekends
