• Assist in preparing and reviewing general ledger entries and journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations beautify balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Compile and organize financial documentation and supporting records
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures
• Help prepare reports and analysis for management review
• Assist with budget and forecasting
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Support external and internal audit processes as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and best‑practice implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience βο)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Reliable and professional demeanor

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
• Experience with financial analysis tools and databases
• CPA preferred, but not required
