About the role

The Director of Accounting, Nuclear serves as the controllership lead across TNC's Nuclear businesses, including deployment projects and Services operations. The Director partners with business finance leaders, Corporate Controllership, Technical Accounting, and external auditors to establish scalable processes, integrate acquisitions and new entities, and maintain audit readiness as the business grows. This is a build-and-scale leadership role for a hands-on player-coach who can strengthen accounting capabilities while advancing SOX and internal control over financial reporting readiness.
