Location: Sprinturf Headquarters - Daniel Island, SCFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSchedule: 20-30 hours per week
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) provides essential support to the organization by managing administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured environments, values accuracy, and enjoys balancing routine responsibilities with steady workflow. The Administrative Assistant contributes to project management, financial tracking, vendor relationships, and office coordination while maintaining flexibility within a part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- SOV Management: Create, prepare, and confirm signatures on Statements of Values (SOVs).
- Co-op Program Support: Maintain cooperative relationships, track reporting requirements, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Financial Administration: Upload budgets, monitor Pro Green accounts receivable, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Project Support: Update package estimates and maintain fields in Net Suite; support bid tracker backup processes.
- Office Operations: Manage supplies, kitchen inventory, and prepare Fed Ex labels to support staff needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all records are up to date, accurate, and filed according to company policies.
- General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to leadership and team members with scheduling, communication, and clerical tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or project coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Net Suite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
This part-time role is well-suited for an individual who appreciates routine with some variety, enjoys double-checking details for accuracy, and finds satisfaction in maintaining order and reliability. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with leadership who provide clear direction and ongoing support, while also encouraging independence once the role is mastered.
