If you have at least 5 years of management experience with a manufacturer, possess exceptional time management skills, and are passionate about customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed retail sales goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills, driving growth and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of automotive retail management experience.
• A proven track record with a manufacturer, specifically within the Ford brand.
• A natural-born leader with a drive for excellence and team success.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• A commitment to promoting a positive, collaborative team environment.
