Our technicians work for competitive pay in a fast‑paced environment and are eligible for a sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates. Responsibilities- Repair and replace tires on commercial vehicles at the Colony location, customer sites, and on service calls on the side of a highway.
- Perform tire and wheel inspections before and after service.
- Determine repairable tire conditions and execute repairs.
- Review work orders, discuss work with supervisors, and document work accurately.
- Unbolt and re‑bolt wheels using lug wrenches and other tools.
- Mount and dismount any type of tire on drop centers, semi‑drop centers, and multi‑piece rims.
- Match mating of dual assemblies.
- Identify and inflate tires to the correct size, ply, and load.
- Place wheels on balancing machines, determine counterweights, and hammer them onto rims.
- Replace valve stems and remove puncturing objects.
- Pull vehicles in and out of the shop safely.
Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type and meeting commercial driver qualification requirements.

The job involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions. Noise levels can be loud and work may require lifting up to 100 pounds. Employees frequently work with dirty and greasy parts and in awkward positions.
