What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Research, reconcile, and process exception orders and receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
  • Mentor team members on WMS best practices and inventory controls
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory-management systems
  • Proficient in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends in numerical data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Lean initiatives and Kaizen events
  • Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
