Palmetto Site Construction is looking for a reliable, hard-working Laborer to join our Field Operations team. This hands-on, full-time role is perfect for someone who isn’t afraid to get dirty and play a critical part in underground utility and sitework projects. Whether you're in the ditch laying pipe or cleaning equipment, you’ll be contributing to a team that gets the job done right.

• Assist with pipe laying by handling and installing materials in ditches
• Use shovels and hand tools to support excavation, grading, and back filling
• Grout storm drain boxes and help with other utility installation tasks
• Clean and grease heavy equipment as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Follow directions from crew leaders and support the team in all aspects of the job

• Minimum 2 years of general labor or construction site experience preferred
• Comfortable working in trenches and confined areas
• Able and willing to do physical labor, including using a shovel for extended periods
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• No specific licenses or certifications required

Full-Time

Monday to Friday, with potential for weekends and overtime
