Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Bulldozer and Excavator Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to assist in various construction projects.

• Maintain full compliance with all safety policies and procedures, environmental regulations, OSHA/MSHA ensuring both personal and team adherence.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture while upholding the company’s core values.
• Always use the proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Operate bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform tasks such as digging, grading, and building as required by project specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other operators and construction personnel to complete projects on time.
• Familiarity with grader operation and other construction machinery is a plus.
• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a focus on construction machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years safely operating heavy equipment in an industrial or construction environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report equipment issues
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast‑paced operations and changing priorities
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence; CDL preferred but not required

• Ability to sit, climb, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally lifting heavier loads with assistance
• Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach
• Ability to work in uneven terrain, pits, and stockpile areas
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
