Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily tasks according to scheduled routes.
  • Monitor attendance and productivity of a 2–3 person crew.
  • Provide supervision and training to all crew members.
  • Review daily work orders, inspect, and verify that materials loaded into the vehicle are adequate for the assignment.
  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote a safety culture among crew members, including proper use of machinery and equipment, and resolve problems when they arise.
  • Monitor and report to Area Quality Managers project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities promptly.
  • Assist crew members in loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Assist crew members in removing, filling, compacting, and preparing terrain.
  • Install silt fencing and erosion‑control blankets using a variety of hand tools.
  • Perform site clean‑up and reload leftover materials after the job assignment is complete.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and three years of verifiable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen.
  • Ability to understand/follow directions and take instructions in English.
  • Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in inclement weather conditions such as rain, heat, and cold.
  • Prior work experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead.
  • Prior experience operating small machinery such as Bobcat and other excavating equipment.
  • Experience driving a ½ or ¾ ton truck with a 20+ foot trailer attached, fully loaded.
  • Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Work is available immediately for qualified candidates. Overtime is available during peak season.
