Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects and will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for commercial construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel.
- Monitor project quality and schedule adherence.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
