Job Responsibilities
Answer general student inquiries via phone, email, andface-to-face. Call students regarding missing application requirements. Document student communications in CRM. Assist theDual Enrollment team with on-campus events. Additional student-centered tasks, as needed.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsCommunication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills areneeded. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment while minimizing distractions in an effort to stay focused on tasks is important. Prior Dual Enrollment students are preferred.
