Call Center Specialist

• Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on bank products or services.
• Resolves customer questions and complaints; escalates issue to other appropriate staff/department.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of financial services industry.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

This position is for after hours. Monday through Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm & Saturday 8:30am - 2:00pm
