Chris Mohler DDS is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Beaufort, South Carolina!

Come join our wonderful practice with a high-quality care of patients with a strong small private practice family feel, calm atmospohere and wonderful team!

This is a great opportunity for a patient focused team player with the desire to learn and grow!

Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule

Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Lunch breaks:
Monday through Wednesday 1:00 - 2:00 (60 minutes) and working through lunch on Thursdays

Responsibilities
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs, experience with Dentrix nice to have
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
