Practice Snapshot Current Clinical Team

• 1 full‑time doctor
• 1 hygienist
• 2 experienced dental assistants

Operatories

• 2 hygiene rooms
• 3 restorative rooms
• Expected to run 2+ doctor columns

Schedule

• 4–5 days per week
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Flow

• 20+ patients per day
• Strong mix of returning and new patients
• Ideal for a provider who enjoys being busy and productive

Clinical Scope

The ideal dentist will be comfortable providing comprehensive care, including:

• Molar & non‑molar endodontics
• Simple & surgical extractions
• Restorative dentistry
• Removable prosthodontics
• Implant placement & restoration
• Invisalign / clear aligner therapy

Technology-Driven Practice

• iTero
• Panoramic imaging
• CBCT
• Videa AI diagnostics

Payor Mix

• Majority PPO
• Fee‑for‑service
• Medicaid

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure

• 30–35%+ of Adjusted Production
• Daily Guarantee for the first 90 days for financial security during ramp‑up
