I am partnered with a highly successful, growth-oriented practice in beautiful Conway, South Carolina, seeking a permanent Pediatric Dentist to join their team and step into an established, busy pediatric patient base. • Current staff:
  • Doctors: 1
  • Support Staff: 2 DAs, RDHs
• # of chairs/Ops: 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
• Schedule:
  
  4 Days/week;
  Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
• Patient age range:
  Pediatrics
• Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO

• Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
• Earning Potential: $250k+
