The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks a full-time Breast Imaging Radiologist to join its Midlands Division Radiology Group based in Columbia, Northeast Columbia, and Camden, South Carolina.
Join a collaborative, committed group focusing on high quality and patient care. The Midlands Division is based in the Columbia, South Carolina area and consists of 3 hospitals and 3 outpatient imaging centers with annual volumes of approximately 140,000 studies.
About the opportunity:- Full-time on-site position Monday – Friday – 8 AM – 5 PM
- No Weekends
- No Call
- Candidate should have a strong foundation in all aspects of breast imaging including screening and diagnostic mammography, MRI, biopsies, and localizations
- Candidate must be BC or BE and be MQSA certified and have completed a one-year fellowship in Breast Imaging
- Great mix of screening and diagnostic mammography. All units are tomosynthesis. Perform image guided biopsies including ultrasound, MRI, stereotactic, and localization procedures.

- Supported by a premier cancer institute, the radiologists enjoy excellent professional relationships with dedicated breast sub-specialists in Breast Medical Oncology, Breast Genetics, Breast Surgical Oncology, Breast Radiation, Breast Pathology, Breast Surgery, and Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery.
- Weekly dedicated Breast Tumor Boards serve as working conferences to deliver the highest quality medicine to each patient in a considerate, caring, and timely manner.
