Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in South Carolina, seeks a full-time BE/BC OB/GYN Laborist/Hospitalist at Prisma Health Richland Hospital. Responsibilities include managing the L&D floor, participating in ER consults, staffing triage and transports, assisting with antepartum and postpartum management, and performing emergency and unscheduled OB/GYN cases. This is a great opportunity to work in collaboration with residents and participate in undergraduate medical education.

Prisma Health Richland Hospital campus has a fully staffed Level III NICU, 16 active labor rooms, and three operating rooms in the labor and delivery suite. We deliver more than 2,400 babies on an annual basis and serve a diverse patient population across 10 counties in the Midlands. Our inpatient facility serves as the primary clinical teaching site for the University of South Carolina School of Medicine–Columbia.

We serve as one of South Carolina’s Perinatal Referral Centers.
