Hours per week: 15
Standard working schedule for tutors: 8:00am – 5:00pm (with some evenings and weekends if desired).
Standard working schedule for Supplemental Instruction leaders: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department and the student.

The Student Success Center is in need of tutors and supplemental instruction leaders.

• Tutors needed for ALL disciplines EXCEPT writing.
• Supplemental Instruction leaders needed in Science, Mathematics, Business and Nursing courses only.
• Tutoring will be requested and assigned through the Student Success Center and hours are not guaranteed.
• Tutors for Science, Mathematics, Business and Nursing are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Positions will be filled on an as-needed basis.
• A regular schedule of availability will be required.

• Must have a 3.0 minimum GPA.
• Must have earned at least a B in the course(s) you wish to tutor.
• Must be currently enrolled in at least 1 credit hour.
• Must be able to work 5 to 9 hours each week.
• Must provide two faculty referrals.
• Mandatory tutor training upon hiring.
