Full-Time Elementary Teacher (PK3-6th Grade)

We are seeking a faithful Catholic, mission-oriented Elementary Teacher (PK3‑6th Grade) who is committed to infusing Catholic culture, faith, and values into every aspect of classroom life. In this full‑time role, you will create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that foster students’ academic growth, critical thinking, and spiritual formation in a nurturing Catholic environment. You’ll inspire curiosity, encourage creativity, form students in virtue, and help build a strong foundation for their future success as disciples of Christ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement innovative, student‑centered lessons that align with curriculum standards and permeate the curriculum with a Catholic worldview.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports academic, personal, and spiritual growth.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Integrate Catholic teachings, prayer, and sacramental preparation into daily instruction and school life.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to advance the school's Catholic mission.
  • Uphold and model the school’s commitment to an authentically Catholic education centered on Jesus Christ.
Qualifications
  • Practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church, with a deep commitment to Catholic faith and mission.
  • Valid South Carolina teaching certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Proven experience teaching at the elementary level (PK3‑6th Grade preferred).
  • Strong ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons infused with Catholic culture.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
