Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional nights and weekends)
Status:

We are looking for a dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our Early Head Start program. This role focuses on providing high-quality care and education for young children aged 8 weeks to 3 years, supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducational Programming:
- Plan and implement daily learning activities that foster development
- Conduct assessments and share progress with families
Classroom Management:
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Ensure daily routines and activities are developmentally appropriate
Family Engagement:
- Strengthen parent-child relationships through regular communication
- Encourage family participation in learning and community activities
- Required:
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential - Preferred:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - Experience as an Infant/Toddler Teacher (Creative Curriculum experience is a plus!)
- Valid Adult/Pediatric CPR/FA/AED Certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, kneel, bend, and sit on the floor
- Ability to manage family crises and maintain professional boundaries
- Familiarity with Pro Care, Child Plus, Teaching Strategies, ASQ Online, HELP, and HSELOF databases (preferred)
