Program Director Cosmetology

The Program Director, Cosmetology, is a full-time, on‑site role located in Columbia, SC. This position oversees the daily operations of the cosmetology program, including curriculum implementation, classroom and lab instruction oversight, and alignment with institutional and regulatory standards. The Program Director supervises and mentors faculty, supports student success through advising and performance monitoring, and ensures that instructional activities meet industry expectations.

Responsibilities include scheduling classes, managing program resources, maintaining compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements, and collaborating with campus leadership to enhance program outcomes. The role also involves engaging with employers and community partners to support graduate employability and continuous improvement of the cosmetology curriculum.
