• Transmission structure replacements, wire pulling, new line builds.
• Perform construction, maintenance, or repair work of transmission lines.
• Install and maintain wood poles and steel towers of all heights, including setting, framing, and installing hardware, and other related materials.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and specialized equipment used in the electric utility industry.
• Safely identify primary and secondary voltage on a circuit and have familiarity with induced voltage.

• Knowledge in grounding, dead ending and how to properly sag wire.
• Proficient in climbing different types of structures (wood, steel, poles, towers, etc.).
• Up to 100% travel required.
• Valid and current state Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to travel.

• Valid and current Class A CDL.
• Leadership Training.
• Completion of Lineman School.
• Completion of Apprenticeship Program.

• This job operates in a field environment with extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and twisting, including work in inclement weather (extreme heat, cold, rain, ice, snow, wind).
• Physically active, with lifting up to 50 pounds, and ability to bend and carry.
• Clarity of vision at distance, precise hand-eye coordination, and color recognition.
