This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist located in Charleston County, SC. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM coordination, overseeing the development and implementation of building information models, working closely on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and managing submittals. Qualifications
- BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
- Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Experience with managing Submittals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD
