About The Role

The Process Engineer is responsible for operational improvements in all aspects of Plant production and for computer applications related to process controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements, including cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
• Prepare reports on operational efficiencies and investigate failures.
• Test plant systems to evaluate equipment efficiency.
• Assist management in maintaining environmental and quality standards.
• Train shift supervisors on SAP reporting and TIS.
• Implement new systems (e.g., TIS).
• Perform ISO audits and contribute to monthly reporting.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  Master's preferred.
• Field of study:
  Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-7 years relevant experience.
• Technical skills: SAP, TIS, Microsoft Office.
• Travel: 15%.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage, including fit testing for respirators.
