• Anextensiveworkingknowledgeofgroundwaterhydrogeologygeochemistry, contaminanttransportandhydrogeologicinvestigationtechniques.
• Ageneralunderstandingofallenvironmentalprogramsastheyrelateto hydrogeology.
• Abilitytowriteandcommunicateeffectively.
• Anunderstandingandworkingknowledgeofhowtomanagedatabasesanduse geospatial software.
• Knowledgeofourmission,programs,and objectives.
• Knowledgeofprojectmanagementprinciplesandmethodologies.
• Abilitytoplan,organize,andcoordinateworkassignments.
• Preparesreportsforuppermanagementregardingstatusofprojects.
• Abilitytomakepresentationsandpreparereports.
• Experienceandknowledgewithfederalandstategroundwaterandwastewater permitting and compliance requirements.
• Knowledgeofstategovernmentenvironmentalregulatorypolicies,procedures,and processes.
• Abilitytoeffectivelyplanandorganizeworkactivitiesandprioritizetaskcompletion to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Abilitytointerpretandapplyenvironmentalrulesandregulations.

• A master's degree in hydrology, geology or geological engineering and one(1) year of related experience;
• OR a bachelor's degree in hydrology, geology or geological engineering and two(2) years of related experience.
• Completion of ePermitting Power User training;
  Expertise with ePermitting or an equivalent electronic government permitting application.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Atleast5years of experience performing hydrogeological reviews and evaluations for land application and groundwater monitoring sites.
• Atleast5years of experience managing databases and using geospatial software.
• Atleast5years of experience with groundwater hydrology,geochemistry, contaminant transport and hydrogeologic investigation techniques.
• Expertise in managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of numerous concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering transformative outcomes.
