- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience with product design experience with 3D CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor is Preferred)
- Experience with DFMEA and engineering problem solving tools
- Experience with DfM&A & Tolerance stack analysis
- Presents basic knowledge of products and markets, basic understanding of electrical components, and diagrams.
- Utilizes time management effectively to accomplish daily objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates ability to solve problems.
- Working knowledge of regulatory standards that covers low voltage distribution equipment
- Team player & ready to work with cross functional teams to achieve common goal.
