• Lead & Mentor
  :
  Guide an inspection crew performing NBIS, DOT and AASHTO work statewide while coaching junior inspectors.
• Own the Plan
  :
  Set schedules, manage budgets and handle client touchpoints for highway, rail and ancillary structures.
• Advance the Craft
  :
  Use drones, lidar, ultrasonic and other non-destructive tools to identify issues before they become headlines.
• Shape Regional Infrastructure
  :
  Deliver element-level and fracture-critical inspections that keep communities moving safely.
• Balanced Travel
  :
  Expect 50 % travel or less mostly day trips within South Carolina, with occasional overnights or visits to our Virginia headquarters.

• 3+ years in bridge inspection, structural assessment or engineering
• Deep knowledge of DOT regulations and bridge-management systems
• Leadership experience guiding field teams and mentoring junior staff
• Valid driver's license
