Base pay range$14.00/yr - $15.00/yr
As a Mazda of Columbia Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers on the lane
- Managing the vehicles in the loaner fleet, including writing loaner agreements and checking in return loaners
- Cleaning and organizing the waiting areas
- Cleaning shop common areas
- Shuttling customers
- Assisting service advisors and the Service Manager
The ideal candidate will be well organized, friendly, and have basic computer skills.
This is a fast-paced, on-your-feet all-day position.
Professional appearance is required, which includes nice slacks and a company polo.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
