Loan Recovery Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Loan Recovery Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring timely loan repayments, managing overdue accounts, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to help us achieve our recovery objectives.

• Monitor and manage overdue loan accounts to ensure prompt recovery.
• Contact clients to discuss repayment options and resolve payment issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and client interactions.
• Work closely with the finance and legal teams to handle escalated cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during recovery processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in loan recovery or debt collection is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
