• Join as a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs, with support from an expert team and advanced tax training.
• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
• Support audit notices and tax notice services at various certification levels as applicable.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent requirement.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience completing individual returns; experience with complex returns (individual, trust, partnership) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and working with virtual tools (video, phone, chat).
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing; comfort with fast-paced environments.
