Senior Direct Note Pricing Specialist
AgFirst Farm Credit Bank
Responsibilities- Produce and publish the Daily Direct Note Rate Sheet and monthly variable rates.
- Process all Direct Note Rate related requests submitted on SharePoint.
- Administer the mark-to-market (MTM) prepayment penalties program, including coding loans, reviewing reports, and calculating fees.
- Manage link loan programs: coding, rate adjustments, monitoring activity, reporting, and processing journal entries.
- Maintain Tax Authorities and Insurance Companies in the loan systems for escrow processing.
- Provide backup for daily/monthly loan system production tasks.
- Deliver operational and technical support to the Customer Support Center and Associations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related Business field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or banking operations.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and customized software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of loan pricing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze routine problems and recommend solutions.
- Close attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
