• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that meet customers’ needs.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Execute branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and automated teller machine maintenance.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns consistently with the Woodforest Experience training.

• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated positivity and engaging demeanor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Branch Banking – Full‑time – South Carolina, Columbia (SC‑8194 Walmart)

Little to no overnight travel. May cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from the assigned branch. Working conditions include standing most of the time and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
