Work Experience:

10 years of Government contracts experience, Government Proposal experience, subcontract administration and leadership experience.

Required

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or job related field.
* Extensive knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in the use and application of government rules and regulations associated with corporate acquisition of supplies and services or the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Code.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels, and to maintain effective working relationships;
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form;
* Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis;
* Strong presentation, interviewing, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail;
* Ability to make sound decisions;
* Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion;
* Strong decision-making, organizational and leadership skills
* Extensive experience interfacing directly with Government Customers and Subcontractors.
