Location: Columbia
Immediate positions available to work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families! Must have availability 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm, Monday‑Friday.

- Teach kids while playing and following a treatment plan specific to that child
- Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
- Help kids learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
- Work on goals with the child to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
- Make a difference in the life of a child
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
- Paid prior experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA) preferred
- Lots of energy, playful, creative, able to think on your feet
- Dependable – someone your client and their family can count on
- Ability to constantly get up and down off the floor, move quickly
- Tech savviness – comfortable learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365
- Desire to learn, work independently, and provide the best quality care to clients
- Interest in working with evidence‑based methods that are science‑based and proven effective
- Must obtain or maintain RBT certification through the BACB
